Miamism Sales Team is lead by husband and wife, and partners in real estate, Enrique and Ines pack a mean punch of expertise, professional knowledge and exceptional service. Ines was selected as one of Inman New’s Real Estate 50 Most Influential Online: 2009.

After frustratingly plodding through at least 15 listings searching for a decent rental, I was directed to go through a broker by a co-worker. Being a transplanted New Yorker, I had never worked with a broker so I asked around as to what to expect. I never imagined I would find someone who could deliver on my very meticulous demands, then I came across the two rental listings posted by your company. Even prior to meeting with Rick, I was impressed with the presentation of the ads (you wouldn’t believe how many ads with typos and wrong information are out there). Even thought I thought “these listings are too good to be true, there has to be a catch” I called. It turned out to be the best decision I could have possibly made. From our initial meeting to the present; Rick has gone above and beyond professional courtesy to ensure my experience was a positive one. The two listings were superlative; well priced, in a decent neighborhood and with amenities some would consider a luxury. He tirelessly worked to ensure all my paperwork was correct and submitted on time, and even came over to check up on me after I had moved in. I couldn’t be happier with my new residence; it has met and risen above my expectations. Now, as Rick knows, whenever I hear of someone with real estate needs I immediately recommend Rick and Ines and will continue to do so. Thanks again, the place is wonderful!

We Need To Find More Customers Like Ines Hegedus-Garcia To Listen To In 2008: Ines is a wildly successful REALTOR and blogger in the Miami area. We did some property videos for her around mid-year. Little did I realize how she would get us to think completely differently about the real estate business. Her standards for a successful video were incredibly high and often laid out in excrutiating detail. My notes from our conversations are still a veritable treasure trove of REALTOR expectations for property video production. It would have been oh so easy to just nod and agree, and then go off and continue doing what we were doing. But we didnt. We listened (even to the hard messages) and our business is so much better for it. I still find myself occasionally thinking about what Ines might have to say while reviewing an edited real estate video. From use of widgets to why she loves/hates certain online products to what details should and should not be highlighted in a property video, Ines made a world of difference for us. We incorporated a bunch of technical and business process items as a result of our time spent with Ines. About half of our work items for 2008 are derived from things that Ines said that we need to make easier in order to expand our business.
