We told you how Anna Kournikova sold her Miami Beach home back in 2012 for $7.4 Million.  The house is now on the market for $14.25 Million.  Located on Sunset Island III, on a pie-shaped lot, the house has 8 bedrooms / 8 bathrooms, 6,630 SF of living space, 19,281 SF lot and 156′ of water frontage.

The home was built in 2000 by Bart Reines, one of Miami’s premier luxury home builders and is a Mediterranean Revival style, facing Sunset Lake.  The home was relisted in 2014 after Kournikova sold, for $15.5 Million and sold for $9 Million.  It has been on the market since August 3, 2018.
