Flagler FIrst is one of downtown Miami’s earliest buildings, and has been carefully renovated to provide distinctive condominium homes. Completed in 1926, this Greek temple-style structure built of brick, has accented classic columns capped by corinthian capitals. While sharing the site of the original First National Bank of Miami, it reflects the original splendor of a unique period in Florida history — the land boom of the 1920's.
After restoring this building to its original historic grandeur, residents of Flagler First live in a beautiful landmark, at the center of downtown Miami. Flagler First offers three (3) distinctive apartments.
