An open bridge… like an open door. From the water An open bridge… like an open door.

From the water, you see it lift and for a second everything lines up. You just go.

Miami has a lot of these… moments where something opens and you either catch it or you don’t.

All connected, then it opens and everything shifts.

That’s the city. Always moving, always changing, always giving you a shot if you’re paying attention.

Real estate is no different. It takes instinct and the right guidance to know which doors to walk through.

And when you get that right… smooth sailing 😏 #miamilife #miamibridges #miamiboatlife
Historic preservation done right. At The Surf Clu Historic preservation done right.

At The Surf Club, the architecture was preserved. The use evolved. And somehow, Russell T. Pancoast’s original design still leads.

Walk through the loggias and you feel it… the scale, the rhythm, the intention. Still intact.

That foundation is exactly what Richard Meier and Kobi Karp protected and built on, preserving what was there while introducing a contemporary layer that complements without competing.

You move from old to new and it all feels intentional.

Next time you’re there, slow down and take in the details. #historicpreservation #miamiarchitecture #miamilife @meierpartnersarchitects @kobikarp @surfclubmia

That stack of cubes rising over downtown isn’t ran That stack of cubes rising over downtown isn’t random, it’s a deliberate break from the typical glass tower we’re used to seeing.

The Waldorf Astoria Miami is designed by Carlos Ott with Piero Lissoni, and it shows. The offset volumes shift as the tower rises, changing light, views, and the way it reads against the skyline.

At 100 stories, it’s set to become the tallest tower in Miami, with completion expected around 2028. (DM me if you have interest in purchasing)

Still under construction, but the intent is clear. This one was never meant to blend in

Documenting the Miami skyline the way it’s meant t Documenting the Miami skyline the way it’s meant to be seen

From the water, on a perfect boating day, chasing light and whatever the sky decides to do

This is Miami in motion, and yes… we’re always paying attention #miamilife #miamiboatlife
The beginning of something new in Brickell Key. W The beginning of something new in Brickell Key.

We stopped by the Mandarin Oriental Miami on its final day and captured it just before the implosion.

Sharing a couple of perspectives from @adventureroadtrippers and @designcleo that documented the moment from different angles.

And just like that, the site clears for what’s next. The renderings show a completely new vision taking shape here, one that will redefine this stretch of the skyline.

Miami keeps moving. #miamism #mandarinorientalmiami #miamilife
