Pushing Boundaries in Miami Real Estate: What Winning the Innovator of the Year Award Means
Receiving the Innovator of the Year Award from The National Association of REALTORS’ iOi Summit has me feeling all kinds of emotions—grateful, excited, and honestly, super energized about what it means for the future. I’m not one to throw around the word “honored” lightly, but this recognition hits differently. To be acknowledged for pushing boundaries and being a disruptor in an industry that can sometimes feel slow to embrace change—it’s validating and motivating at the same time.
I have to give a huge shoutout to the Emerging Tech team at NAR for the incredible job they did with The iOi Summit. I’ve been lucky enough to emcee the Pitch Battle twice, and I thought that experience alone was the summit highlight for me. But receiving this award really put the cherry on top. The energy, the innovation, and the connections made during iOi Summit always leave me inspired, but this year was extra special.

I’ve always admired those who can look at a process and think, “How can we make this better? How can we shift the experience in a meaningful way?” That’s what this award represents to me—being part of a movement that’s driving real, tangible progress in real estate.
But here’s the thing: this isn’t just about me. It’s about our team and, more importantly, it’s about you—our clients. Because innovation means nothing if it doesn’t translate into value for the people we serve. Our clients deserve the best, and this recognition is a reminder that we’re constantly striving to deliver exactly that.
