The winner of Curbed Miami's competition to find Miami's Hottest Broker, Ines Hegedes-Garcia, turned a lovely 43 years old today. A successful broker, and blogger, Ines is not yet another dime-a-dozen 'pretty young thing' but a real woman who would make any (straight) man very happy. And she's an historic preservation activist who publicly confronted her own plastic surgeon about the jarring irony of his desire to tear down a stunning historic house.
