What a couple of days in Key West.

As District 4 Vice President for Florida Realtors, it was a privilege to host this year’s District 4 Conference alongside so many remarkable people.

A sincere thank you to NAR President Kevin Brown, NAR President-elect Christine Hansen, Dan Weisman, NAR’s Director of Innovation Strategy, Florida Realtors CEO Margy Grant, the entire Florida Realtors leadership team, our outstanding speakers, our YPN track, generous sponsors including Alex Montalenti from Real Grader, and the members and leaders from MIAMI REALTORS®, RWorld, and our three Keys associations.

I also had the opportunity to emcee with District 11 Vice President Jonathan Lickstein, tour some spectacular luxury homes, and cap off the event with a Duval Street bar crawl that Stacy Stahl and her amazing team absolutely nailed.

This conference reminded me that when you do things with heart and surround yourself with the right people, great things happen.

I love emceeing because every event has its own personality. My job is to help keep the day moving, connect the moments in between, and hand the microphone to some incredible people with stories worth hearing.

Thank you to @therealfloridarealtors for trusting me to emcee this year’s Women in Real Estate Conference.

The speakers and panelists were outstanding, but my favorite part was the audience. The engagement. The curiosity. The encouragement. The conversations that kept going between sessions. You could feel the energy in the room.

One of my biggest takeaways came from @laurensisler : Be where your feet are. Looking around that ballroom, I think we all were.

And one more thing… conferences like this don’t happen by accident. While everyone sees what’s happening on stage, there’s an entire team behind the scenes making sure every detail comes together. Thank you to the Florida Realtors staff for everything you did before, during, and after the conference. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Miami has always been a city of immigrants, cultur

Miami has always been a city of immigrants, cultures, and celebrations. The World Cup just gives us another excuse to be ourselves.

We followed the Tartan Army through the streets before the Brazil vs. Scotland match, and it was impossible not to get caught up in the energy. Singing, laughing, dancing… complete strangers turning into friends for a few hours. That’s the magic of football. That’s the magic of Miami.

Brazil may have won the match, but Scotland won a lot of hearts this week. Thanks for bringing your passion, your kilts, and your incredible spirit. Miami was lucky to have you. 💙🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚽🌴
