Summer 2012 is almost upon us and it’s time to make summer camp plans Miami!! I do ask you one favor though – please don’t call me to make reservations or get information – call the camp directly.  We are in no way, shape or form affiliated with any of these – so please READ the whole article before you grab your phone.  And if you want us to add your summer camp to the list, email us first to tell us about it.

Miami Shores Summer Camps

(organized by The Miami Shores Recreation Department). These include a series of camps offered throughout the summer for different ages including: summer activities.  There are also specialty sports camps available for short sessions throughout the Summer, make sure you call or visit the Community Center and/or Field House for more information Miami Shores Community Center (305) 758-8103

  • I love Fashion – July 16th – July 20th – ages 6-12 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • I Love Comics – July 23 – July 27 – ages 7-12 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • American Doll Camp – July 30 – August 3 – ages 5-12 – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Harry Potter Camp – Aug 6-10 – ages 7-12 – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Art of Earth – Aug 6-10 – ages 7-12 – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Pinkalicious – Aug 13-17 – ages 3-6 – 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Last Chance Camp – Aug 20-24 and Aug 27-30 – ages 3-12 – 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Adventure Camp – June 18 – July 27 / weekly (No Camp July 4th) – ages 12-15 – time varies

  • Little Tennis Camp – June 11 through Aug 17 / weekly (Mon-Wed-Fri) – ages 4-6 – 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
  • Jr. Tennis Program – June 11 through Aug 17 / weekly (Mon-Thurs) – ages 7+ – 9:30 AM to noon

Barry University Summer Camps (305) 899-3557

  • BUCkids Summer Camp – sponsored each year by Campus Recreation & Wellness (CRW). The camp provides children with a well-rounded program that includes sport activities, arts and crafts, computers skills and much more.
  • Cesar Odio’s Basketball Camp – July 9-13 and July 16 to 20th – ages 6-16 – 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Miami Country Day Summer Camps
