Miami residential architecture is very diverse and happy to announce that luxury buyers not just want Mediterranean Revival homes or homes in the traditional design scheme.  Although those are still popular, I wanted to share with you the 5 most expensive modern homes for sale in Miami right now.

Here we have a well published Coconut Grove, 3-story home designed by filmmaker Alejandro Landes with local architect Jerry Gavcovich.  Amenities include 80-foot boat slip, wraparound balconies, open bay views, acre lot, private guest house.  Dezeen quotes Landes’ concept for the house:

It’s priced at $36 Million and has been on the market since January of 2015.

It’s priced at $34 Million and has been on the market since February of 2016.
