The highest Aventura condo sale in the month of October was a foreclosure (just like in September)– This time also in William’s Island’s Bella Mare, but a 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom condo, located at 6000 Island Blvd #2708. This residence was listed for $1,519,900 and sold for $1,350,000, and featured Marble flooring on site that needed to be installed, 3,709 square feet of living space, Intracoastal water views and Williams Island amenities. The lowest Aventura condo sale in October was a Hamptons West Condo Cabana with 180 square feet of living space, located at 20281 E Country Club Drive #CAB17. “Buyer must have unit in Hamptons to own this cabana” – listed for $25,000 and selling for $22,000. This month’s Aventura condo feature will be for the second highest sale which was at The 2000 Building in William’s Island. The 2-story penthouse with over 3,300 square feet and 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms, was listed for $1,750,000 and sold for $1,275,000. The building is pictured above.

The 2000 Building of William’s Island is located at 2000 Island Boulevard, in Aventura with ocean, Intracoastal and city views. It’s a 32 story tower built in 1995 with 284 residences.
