We first learned that Oprah had her Fisher Island Condo for sale from The Real Estate Stalker back in June 2008. Guess what? The TV Diva has finally sold it for $1,100,000 – obviously petty cash for The Big “O”. 
The Seaside at Fisher Island residence was listed for $2,200,00 in September 2007, reduced to $2,090,000 in May of 2008, then again to $1,795,000 in December of 2008 and finally sold in June. The unit is a modest 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom – 1,838 square foot residence on the Southeast side of the island with gorgeous direct ocean views. 
Whoever the proud owner of this condo is, they can boast because of 2 factors – they got a great deal and they can say their place was previously owned by Oprah….not bad.

That is great that she was able to sell the unit. It would be really neat to live somewhere or own a vaction home and be able to say that a Famous Star onced lived there! I think that it helps to add value to the property, Afterall who would not like to be a star!!!
