My name is Karen and I am originally from Miami Shores Fla, and now live in Alabama. While home visiting my mother in law I noticed that my Grandparents house was for sale and contacted Ines for information. It was within days that she responded with pictures for me and information knowing that I was not going to buy, just wanted to see it again. I knew who to contact when my mother in law’s health was getting bad to list her house. She suffers from Alzheimer’s and worked with me long distance and doing everything that I asked of them. They took care of her and made sure that no one showed the house without them being there to help. They understood my situation and did a fantastic job when it came to the closing. I wish all realtors were like them. Since my mother in law’s moving up with us they still ask about her, so we have made new friends with this transaction. They are a wonderful team and would love to do more business with them.
