Maria and I wanted to thank you both so much for your amazing work, generosity, and our fabulous closing gift! We LOVE our new home and the pen and ink rendering is absolutely beautiful and makes us so happy and proud … to be featured in a manner suited for the class of homes shown on the Miami Shores Home for the Holidays Walk!!

From the beginning—even as first-time buyers with a limited budget—Rick you made us feel supported and incredibly well taken care of… as if we were your only clients. Working with you has been a truly rewarding, fun, great, and absolutely vital experience.

We truly cannot thank you both enough for your professionalism, friendship, and personal care… everything from really listening and understanding what we wanted in a home, to negotiating and getting us a done deal where everybody wins, meeting up at any hour to pick-up or deliver documents, providing guidance and advice on laying-out and continuing to honor and restore our home over time, showing the house again on a Saturday evening, referring us to other solid professionals, being flexible with various hiccups along the way, putting up w/ my freak-out on our closing-day false-start, to sharing opinions and recommendations on neighborhoods/architecture/restaurants, and even standing up to the City of Miami at the drop of a hat!

It’s more than anyone could ask for, and I would go all-in to bet that anyone else would struggle to find anyone better anywhere else.

Maria and I are happy beyond belief that we’ve found such a great home for us and have met such great people in you two along the way. In the last year we’ve been here in Miami, it took us a while to find the right home, at the right time, with the right combination of people… we feel like it was all worth it and are finally home.
