OUR STORY

The Miamism Sales Team is led by husband and wife, and partners in real estate, Enrique (Rick) and Ines, who bring a powerful combination of expertise, professional knowledge, and exceptional service. Since 1994, they have offered customers commercial and residential real estate services, including buying, selling, architecture consulting, and other support services.

Rick and Ines focus on historic and architecturally significant properties, a passion that defines their approach across multiple neighborhoods in South Florida. Ines, as the Branch Leader of the Avanti Way Sunny Isles office, also oversees a team of over 150 agents, each specializing in unique niches across South Florida, including investment properties, waterfront homes, luxury real estate, and relocation services.

Always involved locally and Nationally, at a leadership level, with the Miami Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors (FR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Ines is the 2024 Miami REALTORS PAC Chairman, The 2023 Chairman of The Board of The Miami Association of REALTORS and served as residential president in 2019. She is also a Florida REALTORS and NAR Director. She was the 2022 Chair of The Communications Committee at Florida REALTORS and past chair of The Emerging Technology Committee. Ines was also the 2023 Chair of NAR’s Federal Technology Committee and sits on the board of directors of Second Century Ventures.

Ines has been identified by The National Association of REALTORS® as a thought leader because of her progressive ideas about real estate. Today she is called upon for speaking engagements all over the world to educate others about the power of new media and Ines’ participation in leadership, as well as the early adoption of social media have earned her recognition and respect amongst her peers and clients.
