The Standard has a way of making you slow down and The Standard has a way of making you slow down and look.

The unexpected vignette. The textures. The colors. The lighting. The little moments that give a space personality instead of just a design package.

People often ask why I don’t feature every new development in Miami. Simple. I don’t post projects because they’re new. I post the ones that stop me in my tracks, and this is one of them.

The Standard has a design language that’s unmistakably its own, but what I love most is how naturally it fits Miami’s original Midtown. Creative, colorful, a little unexpected, and full of personality. It doesn’t feel like it was dropped into the neighborhood. It feels like it belongs there.

Here are moments I captured that show how great design isn’t about being expensive. It’s about making you feel something.

That’s the kind of Miami I love sharing. #miamidesign #miamilife #miamiarchitecture
Most people walk past this fountain without realiz Most people walk past this fountain without realizing it’s the work of one of the twentieth century’s most influential artists.

The Mildred and Claude Pepper Fountain (aka Bayfront Park fountain), was designed by renowned sculptor and landscape artist Isamu Noguchi as part of his vision for Bayfront Park. When Noguchi passed away in 1988, his longtime collaborator and architect Shoji Sadao saw the project through to completion, ensuring the design remained true to Noguchi’s vision.

After years of sitting silent, the fountain was carefully restored and modernized in 2024 and 2025 by DG Aqua, who rebuilt its infrastructure while preserving the original design. Today, programmable water jets, LED lighting, and projection technology breathe new life into a Miami landmark without changing what made it special in the first place.

Sometimes the best stories in Miami aren’t about what’s new. They’re about taking the time to appreciate what’s been here all along. #miamilife #miamihistory @noguchimuseum @shojisadao @dgaquafountainsus
Leo season is officially here. Put your seatbelts Leo season is officially here. Put your seatbelts on. ♌️

I decided to recreate one of my favorite Miami photos from 2013.

The original was taken during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Swim when Veet sponsored me, before influencers were a thing.

There’s something about Leo season that makes us revisit the moments where we felt the most… Leo.

It’s our season. Leave your mark. 🦁 #leoseason #miamilife @veetusa #roar
Australia reminded me why I love real estate. Yes Australia reminded me why I love real estate.

Yes, the rules are different. The business is different. Even the terminology is different. (I won’t even go into the accent)

But whether you’re in Brisbane or Miami, people are asking many of the same questions. How is technology changing real estate? Who can I trust? And how do I make smarter decisions?

I came home with new ideas, new friendships, and a renewed appreciation for the value of local expertise. The more I travel, the more I realize that every market has something to teach us.

Thank you, Australia, for the warm welcome. Until next time. 🇦🇺✈️🌴Thank you @thereiq @peterschravemade @ebonnieschravemade @wearereachanz #realtorlife #proptech
There’s something bittersweet about watching a pla There’s something bittersweet about watching a place you’ve known your whole life disappear, even if it’s only temporary.

The Miami Shores boardwalk is in the middle of a transformation. The palms are gone. The railings are gone. Construction has become part of the sunrise. We don’t know exactly when it will be finished or what it will feel like when we walk it again.

Until then, these photos are little time capsules.

I’ve watched countless sunrises here over the years. Some planned, many spontaneous. It’s one of those places that quietly becomes part of your life without you realizing how much it means until it’s covered in construction fencing.

I’m choosing to believe the next chapter will be just as special, maybe even better. But I’m grateful I have hundreds of photos and videos that remind me of the boardwalk I grew up with.

Here’s to honoring the memories while looking forward to making new ones. 🌅 #MiamiShores #Miamism #Sunrise #MiamiLife #shoreslife
One microphone. One stage. Hundreds of conversatio One microphone. One stage. Hundreds of conversations waiting to happen.

I love emceeing because every event has its own personality. My job is to help keep the day moving, connect the moments in between, and hand the microphone to some incredible people with stories worth hearing.

Thank you, Florida Realtors, for the opportunity to emcee this year’s Women in Real Estate Conference. I loved every minute of it. 💜 #floridarealtors #realtorlife #leadership
