There are currently 71 Miami Shores homes for sale (3 more than last month):

• Highest priced listing is $5,995,000 $5,495,000 $5,100,000 (1600 NE 103 St:  6 bedrooms / 5 bathrooms / 2 half baths, 6,733 sq.ft. of living space on 20,534 sq.ft. lot – directly on Biscayne Bay)

• Lowest priced listing is $275,000 – 190 NW 103 St

• Pending Sales (Properties under contract): 43 (5 more than last month)

• Closed sales in May: 14 (compared to 20 in April)

The 14 Miami Shores homes sold in May ranged from $290,000 for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath home in need of work at 64 NW 99 St– to $760,000 for the magnificent mid-century home at 325 NE 95th St, with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and 1-car garage. There were no waterfront homes sold in the month of May. The average price per square foot in Miami Shores in May remained unchanged at $256 – here are the previous months’ averages:

• March was $247
• February was $227
• January was  $225
