The 15 Miami Shores homes sold in October ranged from $230,000 for a bank owned foreclosure at 190 NW 100 Terrace, to $960,000 for historic Robert Law Weed home located at 893 NE 96th Street. There were no waterfront homes sold in October and the average price per square foot for sold homes was $243 which was considerably higher than September’s average of $235 and this year’s average of $223. The lowest price per square foot sale in October was $143 for a fixer upper at 102 NE 106th Street and the highest was $310/sq.ft. for the meticulously updated home at 280 NE 95th St. We are still in the “high market” until the end of November, the question is always how much will the market slow down during the holidays and how it will pick up again in January.
