The Miami Food Truck craze is OUT OF CONTROL! Everywhere you look, there’s an interview, a newspaper article, a video, or someone talking about the experience. I confess (COUGH) that I have not tried them yet, but only because I have not been in the right place at the right time. This photo was taken by Larry Shane, and continues to capture my curiosity.
