Miamism Fridays - Manatees

I decided to re-publish this awesome photo taken by my brother, Norman Hegedus, because although it’s getting warmer and Summer is almost here, Manatee Season is not over! The season officially ends on March 31 every year and a lot of accidents are reported around this time because careless boaters don’t obey the idle zones. We have seen quite a number of manatees in the past few weeks, please remember they are protected species, slow down!
