There is no way A-Rod even moved into his brand new Miami Beach home and now we are hearing word from Curbed Miami that he’s selling it!  We have been documenting the construction since he bought the lot in 2010 for $7.4 Million.   The lot was listed for $8.3 Million with the following description (yes, in all caps):
