A-Rod sells his Miami Beach Home

We told you back in August of 2012 that A-Rod had listed his Miami Beach home for $38 Million and now we have word that he sold it for $30 Millionto a supposed Palm Beach Resident. I’m sure his neighbors will be happy since they were complaining about all the parties at A-Rod’s crib.  Take a look at the construction photos we took while the house was being built – a true modern masterpiece! Before the North Bay Road home was pulled off the market in January, it was listed for $38 Million with 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 2 half-baths and almost 20,000 sf of living space.  And did we mention the 275 feet of open bay water frontage?  This Miami Beach celebrity home is nothing short of spectacular and almost makes Chris Bosh’s home look like in-law quarters.  And although Anna Kournikova’s home was short of a tennis court, Alex’s crib even has a batting cage.  The selling description reads as follows:
