Yes, this project has become the true definition of a “home in the sky.” There are no 2 bedroom units, the smallest are 3 bedrooms with an optional 4th bedroom. and prices start at $6.6 Million. It’s 60 stories and Sunny Isles is approximately 35-40 minutes from South Beach. And of course it’s safe against hurricanes, there’s a South Florida Building Code that all builders need to abide by 😉
