  • Lowest priced listing is $1,200,000 for the 3/2 at 8918 Harding Ave ($904/Sq.Ft.)
  • Pending Sales: 3 (homes with a sales contract that have not yet closed)
  • Closed Sales in January: 3 (compared to 5 closings in January 2022)
  • Median Sales Price in January: $1,465,000 (compared to $1,000,000 in January of 2022)

What is the average price per square foot in Surfside?

The average price per square foot in January for Surfside homes not on the water was $835, compared to $574 in January of 2022. Previous averages are as follows:
