After frustratingly plodding through at least 15 listings searching for a decent rental, I was directed to go through a broker by a co-worker. Being a transplanted New Yorker, I had never worked with a broker so I asked around as to what to expect. I never imagined I would find someone who could deliver on my very meticulous demands, then I came across the two rental listings posted by your company. Even prior to meeting with Rick, I was impressed with the presentation of the ads (you wouldn’t believe how many ads with typos and wrong information are out there). Even thought I thought “these listings are too good to be true, there has to be a catch” I called. It turned out to be the best decision I could have possibly made. From our initial meeting to the present; Rick has gone above and beyond professional courtesy to ensure my experience was a positive one. The two listings were superlative; well priced, in a decent neighborhood and with amenities some would consider a luxury. He tirelessly worked to ensure all my paperwork was correct and submitted on time, and even came over to check up on me after I had moved in. I couldn’t be happier with my new residence; it has met and risen above my expectations. Now, as Rick knows, whenever I hear of someone with real estate needs I immediately recommend Rick and Ines and will continue to do so. Thanks again, the place is wonderful!

Ines Hedegus-Garcia was a reference from another agent in Washington. Ines was extremely professional and able to navigate the variety of unpredictable issues raised by the Buyer, Buyer's agent and my own condo association. It is a testament to Ines that this transaction ever happened. I would love to work with Ines again, if I ever have another real estate transaction.

Purchasing a home can be one of the most complicated and stressful ventures of your life. There are so many little details that come into play, many of which you may or may not be prepared for. You really don’t know until you begin your search for a home. Luckily for us, a friend had recommended that we contact Ines Hegedus-Garcia when we were ready to buy a home. So when the time came, we gave Ines a call and I can honestly say that it was the best decision that we could have made. Ines was everything that you could hope for in a realtor. She helped us approach the process at our own speed and took the time to answer any questions that we had. In addition to having a vast knowledge of available homes and their neighboring areas, Ines also had an extensive understanding of architecture and design. Hence, we were able to narrow down our search to homes that would truly fit us. Ines was by our side every step of the way and it was because of this, that we were able to buy our home with confidence. Now my wife and I have a beautiful home that will serve as the foundation of our future together. Ines Hegedus-Garcia is much more than a realtor. She is a friend that you can trust in making one of the most important decisions of your life. I can’t say enough about her and I have no doubt that you will feel the same way.

Working with you is a pleasure. Your never ending patience and eye for detail set you apart from experiences I have had with other agents with other companies. I feel safe in saying that if any of my friends need real estate related services, you will be highly recommended by me. Miami can be a difficult city to navigate and you make it seen effortless, this counts for a lot in my final opinion of a person. Each city has it – s own little set of rules and you always seem to be current with each and every one of them. That to me is a very strong indicator of a true professional. It has been wonderful working with you and even more rewarding making a new friend.

Rick and Ines were suggested to me to sell our apartment by a relative and satisfied customer. Despite a historically difficult market, Ines worked diligently until the sale was made and the closing completed. She took care of every detail from beginning to end. In the sometimes shady world of real estate dealers, it was refreshing to see her honesty and professionalism at work. Her many communications to me via email were timely, extremely helpful and reassuring as I tried to manage this process from a distance. I give her my highest recommendation.
